As of recent they’ve been apart of two projects that are being taken place in Brampton.
Valleylands Brampton is one of field gates premier projects that are currently being constructed in West Brampton. Valleylands is apart of the Queen street, Chinguacousey road, and Creditview road neighborhood. The project is stated as a design of detached homes on deep lots.
In terms of location, if you’re unfamiliar with the Queen street area heading towards Creditview road then it can be described as a up and coming area with much to offer the community. This neighborhood allows you to be close to many fortune 500 company headquarters and minutes away from the Heartland town center. Heartland town center includes many big box retailers and an array of restaurants to suit most taste buds. Commutes to downtown are very easy as Valleylands is close to the 401 and 407 highways to get downtown as fast as possible.
Since this project is compiled of detached homes, let’s take a look at what Fieldgate is offering to the public. Lot sizes are available in 38’,41’,45’, and 50’.
38’ – Cardinal and Bluebird
The lowest price point for the 38’ foot lots is model Cardinal. The Cardinal starts from $698,990 and comes in at around 2,010 square feet. It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
On the opposite end of the price point, we have the Bluebird. The Bluebird starts from $734,990 and comes in at around 2,498 square feet. It features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The Skylark model, which isn’t exactly the priciest model in the 38’ foot list but it is the biggest in square footage. The Skylark starts from $694,990 and sits on 2,662 square feet. Similar to the Bluebird, Skylark also features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
41’ – Partridge
The Partridge is the only 41’ foot model available, the Partridge starts at $725,990 and sits on 2,639 square feet for the elevation B model. It also includes 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Elevation A is just 36 square feet smaller at 2,603 square feet.
The Dufferin model is also the only model of its lot size. The Dufferin is priced at starting $799,990 and sits on 2,987 square feet, for Elevation A. Elevation B for the Dufferin sits on 3,008 square feet. Both elevations for the Dufferin include 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
50’ – Muskoka, Thames, Hudson
These three models are the biggest in the project with approximate lot sizes of 50’. The Muskoka model starts at $829,990 and is 2,944 square feet. This model includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The Thames model starts at $879,990 and is 3,228 square feet in size based on elevation B. This home also includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The biggest model of the three in terms of square footage is the Hudson. The Hudson has a starting price of $871,990 and sits on 3,470 square feet. Although it’s $8000 below the price of the Thames model, the Hudson is 242 square feet bigger in size. 3,470 square feet is the available size for both elevation A and elevation B. Similar to the Muskoka and Thames, the Hudson also includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
