The Legalities

Real Estate paperwork can become puzzling and complicated, especially considering the amount of papers and signatures there are. We will sit down with you and carefully review the entire process of putting up a home for sale with you and clear up any misconceptions you may have.  We also do not hold you to any contract, if you signed a listing agreement with us that authorizes us to sell your home and wish for us to cancel that contract. No problem. We will terminate the agreement at your request without any hassle from our end.
