Royal Pine homes have chosen the Claireville conservation area as it’s new home, to build their new project. The Manors Of Claireville, this project has been in talks for a long time now. As long as 2007, when Toronto Star published an article talking about the “Hot new project”, I guess the buzz around the project died down until recently. Realnet has posted Manors Of Claireville as a project opening soon. The information I’ve been able to gather from multiple sources is that Royal Pine is building 51 new luxury townhomes in the Claireville area. These townhomes will be in a low-density area with sizes ranging from 1,900 square feet to 2,300 square feet.
Although the buzz around this project has been around for some time, information is very minimal at this stage. Especially with what’s stated as an April, 2016 release for the houses. In terms of location, it’s near the Riverstone golf and country club and is north of Highway 7, west of the Gore Road. Once we get more information on this project we will update this blog, or you can also contact us to find out the stages of this project.
Royal Pine Homes do have an extensive project history in Brampton. Their previous successful builds include: Dewridge Estates, Forestside Estates, Rideglen Developments, and The Estate Of Credit Ridge. Based on the successful sales of those developments, Manors Of Claireville should be looking to join the Sold Out list in no time.
