Medallion Developments – Castlestone
The Castlestone project by Medallion had its first occupancy date back in August of 2007. They do still however have houses available for sale ranging from $614,990 to $676,990. This project is located north of Sandalwood Parkway east, west of Bramalea road. Most models available are 2 storeys, 4 bedroom homes that are situated on 37 foot lots. Square footage for these homes varies from an estimated 1900-2534 square feet. However, if you are looking for something with more than 4 bedrooms and a bit more space, there is a 5 bedrooms, 3-storey, and 2,810 square foot model available for $675,990.
LIV Communities – Casablanca
The Casablanca project by LIV communities will have its first occupancy in March 2016. This project is located north of Countryside Drive and East of Mcvean drive in Brampton. Square footage for models ranges from 2,511 up to 4,227. Most houses are 2 storeys and range from 40 foot lots to 50 foot lots depending on the type of model. Buyers also have the option of choosing between 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom houses. Prices for the Casablanca project vary from an estimated $699,990 to $949,990.
Primont Homes – Centre town Mount Pleasant
Primont Homes are the builders of the Center town Mount Pleasant project. This project opened up its first occupancy in February 2014. The location of this project is north of Bovaird road and east of Mississauga road. Most houses in this project are situated on a 38 foot lot, are 2-storeys, and include 4 bedrooms. Square footage for the Center town Mount Pleasant project varies from 2,844 up to 3,010. Prices are stated from $634,900 upwards to $705,900.
Catchet Estate Homes – Credit Ridge
The Credit Ridge project by Catchet Estate Homes is one of the earlier occupancy projects for next year. First occupancy is dated for February 2016. The location of this project is north of Williams Parkway and east of Mississauga road in Brampton. Most detached models are 4 bedroom houses that are 2 storeys and contain lots ranging from 38 feet to 41 feet. This is also one of the bigger projects in Brampton in terms of square footage, houses range from an average 3,360 all the way up to 4,157 square feet.
Regal Crest – Meadow Green
The Regal Crest project by Meadow Green has its first occupancy coming up later this year in November 2015. This project mostly includes 4 bedroom houses that are situated on 46 foot lots. In terms of comparing homes within this article, the Meadow Green project has some of the bigger lots in this list. The location of this project is North of Steeles Avenue West and West of Mississauga Road. Square footage for the Meadow Green project ranges from 3,621 to 3,903. Most available houses are 2 storeys and range from $838,900 to $861,900.
Countrywide Homes – Mayfield Village
Countrywide Homes have had a few projects in Brampton prior to Mayfield Village and they probably will continue to keep building in Brampton. The Mayfield Village project will have its first occupancy in July 2015. It’s located North Of Countryside Drive and East Of Dixie Road. Prices for this project currently range from $557,990 to $684,990. Most houses are 4 bedrooms, 2-storeys. Lot sizes vary from 32 feet up to 45 feet. Square footages for this project range from 2,239 to 2,746.
Valery Homes- Mount Pleasant Meadows
Valery Homes are the developers in charge of construction for Mount Pleasant Meadows. This is the second development we are discussing that’s about Mount Pleasant. Mount Pleasant Meadows features 2 storey homes that come with 41 foot lots. Most detached homes in the Mount Pleasant Meadows feature 4 bedroom homes, although, a 5 bedroom feature is also available. The location of the Mount Pleasant Meadows is North of Wanless drive and East of Creditview in Brampton. Square footage for these houses range from 2,869 to 2,900. Pricing is from $675,990 to $705,990 and first occupancy is May 2015.
